AI Visibility Audit for hotels

When guests ask AI for a hotel, are you in the answer?

AXscore measures how often your property is mentioned when travellers ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews for recommendations — and explains why.

One published methodology, applied uniformly to every property. No per-customer customization.

Run a free visibility check

Enter a property and we will queue a reduced-basket scan against ChatGPT and Claude. The public scorecard URL is generated immediately; the score lands on it once the scan finishes (about two minutes).

Provide the homepage URL to include a Technical Foundation score in the scorecard. Without it, only the AI visibility score is produced.

Helps the classifier triangulate against your property's own surface and how AI engines already describe it. Any disagreement between what you state and what we observe is reported back as a finding, not silently resolved.

No signup required. The scorecard is public once the scan completes.

How AXscore measures

Emergent measurement, not a curated list.

The system runs prompts first and discovers which properties AI engines actually mention. The leaderboard is what AI named across the basket, not what we decided to track.

  1. 01

    Run the prompt basket

30–50 standardized prompts across national, regional, intent-based, and comparative categories. Each prompt is run three times per engine to control for response variance.

  2. 02

    Extract every property mentioned

Parse every AI response and identify every hotel mentioned, regardless of any prior list. The dataset is emergent rather than list-based.

  3. 03

    Unify entity references

Resolve naming variations into canonical entities. "The Calile," "Calile Hotel Brisbane," and "Calile" become one property.

  4. 04

Score by frequency, weighted across engines

Calculate each property's mention frequency. Weight scores across engines so no single AI's biases dominate the headline number.

Where this goes next

AI visibility is the first of three shifts.

AXscore measures all three layers. Year-one revenue comes from Layer 1; Layers 2 and 3 explain why the measurement matters over time.

Layer 1 — Today

AI Search Visibility

Guests open ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Google AI Overviews and ask for hotel recommendations. The properties named in those answers win the booking. The ones not named are invisible.

Layer 2 — 12–24 months

Agent-Actionable Infrastructure

AI agents will start completing bookings on guests' behalf. For an agent to book a property, the property's booking infrastructure has to be machine-readable. AXscore measures readiness today.

Layer 3 — 3–5 years

Agent-to-Agent Commerce

Hotel agents will negotiate directly with guest, OTA, and corporate-travel agents. AXscore tracks adoption of the underlying infrastructure as the data accrues.

Who AXscore is for

Independent and boutique hotels in markets where AI recommendations move bookings.

Marketing directors, directors of distribution, and owner-operators at properties between 10 and 200 rooms. Group marketing leads at small hotel groups.

Customer references will appear here once published with permission. AXscore does not invent testimonials or feature customers without explicit sign-off.
