Why is the audit $499 and not $99?
The audit at $499 sits inside the discretionary budget of a marketing director at most independent properties — typically up to $500 without GM approval. A $99 report would actually hurt conversion in this market; it reads as a hobbyist tool. Hotels are accustomed to paying five-figure sums to consultants for distribution audits, so $499 is calibrated to feel serious without triggering procurement complications.

Can methodology or scoring be customized for our property?
No. AXscore publishes one methodology, applied uniformly to every property and versioned transparently. Custom scoring for any single buyer would destroy the comparability that makes the dataset useful, so we decline these requests as a matter of policy.
How often is monitoring re-scanned?
Property monitoring includes a full re-scan each quarter, monthly briefings on score and competitor movement, and ad-hoc alerts when a meaningful score change is detected between scheduled scans.
Do you white-label or resell under another brand?
No. The brand and the methodology are the same asset, so AXscore is not offered under another brand. Consultancies and agencies are welcome to cite AXscore scorecards in their own work.
